Refund Policy

We want you to love your Honeydaze socks. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unworn and unused
• In the same condition you received it
• In the original packaging

Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

To complete your return, we require proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation email).

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email that we have received your returned item.

We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at: honeydazeco1@gmail.com

and we will provide instructions for returning your item.

Return Shipping

To return your product, please contact us first so we can provide the correct return address.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.

If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will not be reimbursed.

For higher value returns, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
